Watercraft rates
Floating rates include hauling watercraft and complimentary transportation for floaters and gear. We use quality watercrafts including canoes, 6 person rafts, kayaks and tandem (2 person) kayaks. One paddle and one personal flotation device is provided for each person. Our float day is 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon. through Thurs.) and a late fee of $20 per vessel per hour is charged after the scheduled pick-up time. Sunset pick-ups may be scheduled to 9:00 pm upon special arrangement. Whether you float 5 miles or 15, our rates are all-inclusive, no hidden costs, and tax is included.

Reservations
We suggest reservations be made as far in advance as possible. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your trip is required to guarantee your reservation. If you must cancel a 14 day notice is required to receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 3 days to your arrival date, a gift certificate for the full deposit will be issued. If you must cancel in less than 3 days, you will lose your deposit with no refund or credit issued. Guests departing prior to the departure date will be charged for the remainder of their original reservation. If you must bring your pet into one of our cabins an automatic charge of $30 per pet will apply.

Rainy weather policy
In the event of heavy rains or high water, at Twin Bridges, rain checks will be issued at 12 noon on the day you are scheduled to canoe: heavy rains and high water conditions affecting other areas (ie., St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, etc.) typically do not affect our area. These rain checks may be used in the year they are issued.
